Hi all, wanted to share this story as I'm really struggling with it...feeling so helpless and frustrated at human arrogance, and tremendously upset about this baby bunny.
Essentially someone I know found an injured baby bunny on their porch - big head wound and eye was swollen shut. They thought it was wild, I told them it was domestic and they needed to seek vet care ASAP. They literally said "I don't need a vet to tell me it has a big hole in its head" but later followed up with how vet cost would be too expensive not knowing if it would live or die (ummm yeah ok) so I FOUND THEM A LITERAL ..read more

A feazant(I believe) has been walking around my parent's property the past two weeks and my parents are growing attached. It isn't afraid of humans and doesn't seem to fly much. Can we help it at all? Foxes live in the area so we want to protect it ideally. Could we build it a safe space outside or even take it in? Any advise would be appreciated

PLS READ ? WE BADLY NEED EVERY HELP WE COULD GET ? Chonk is one of the 12 strays we regularly feed. Yesterday, we found him severely wounded and brought him to the nearest vet clinic which costs us ~2.5k. Unfortunately, they don't have the facility to further treat him. Hence, we rushed him to Marikina Vet Hospital. He's been confined since yesterday and the bill, with initial of ~7k bill, is running. We were advised that he must undergo treatment first to try save his leg before they decide whether to amputate it or not. Chonk maybe a stray but we saw how much he wants to live.
