This morning in Hekinan City, Aichi Prefecture, Japan, the Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, visited the Hekinan Thermal Power Station and Thermal Fuel Ammonia Construction Site operated by Japan’s Energy for a New Era, Inc.
