Wherever there's discussion of draft predictions, there's some speculation that the Seahawks trade back. A lot of justification is that they could recoup the perceived loss of their 2024 2nd round pick in exchange for Leo Williams from the Giants for half the 2023 season on a vet min deal. There's also an argument that there is a team need for safeties and off-ball linebackers with the departure of Diggs/Adams/Brooks, and that the "positional value" of these positions is such that it is most efficient to take the first prospects around the start of the 2nd round.

I think this is a group you continue to collect talent with. It's similar to Edges, CBs, and WRs to me. You always need more. Stone Forsythe and George Fant are on 1 year deals. Charles Cross and Abe Lucas have their own question marks. Teams should never just settle on their OT situation. In the next few seasons, the team is going to have to make a decision whether to pay Charles Cross real money or let him go. I don't like paying for average players. Cross has to prove that he is a player worth a 2nd contract at one of the most important positions in the league. I do think he has the talent ..read more

McGough wore this jersey against Denver in the 21 preseason. After a 28 PFF passing grade, Seattle cut him the next day. But hey, only 2 passes that day that he threw weren't caught!
