If you think traffic on I-35 is bad now, brace yourself for a decade of construction along Austin’s main interstate thoroughfare. A major renovation, which has already begun, will widen the highway to as many as 20 or more lanes in some places and get rid of the upper deck sections of the road near UT campus. The worst news?
