Royal Swimming Pools recommends that you pick any day of the week that will be your pool maintenance day for every week. Test your swimming pool water using FROG test strips. Adjust the total alkalinity level to 120 ppm. Any level on the test strip of 80 to 150 is ok. Add baking soda or Royal’s Alkalinity Increaser to increase the level.
