Has anyone had prophylactic mastectomy performed to cut down the risk of breast cancer? Any recommendations regarding the whole process? Please let me know if there's a good breast surgeon as I have to get it done in a private hospital. As an expat, I don't think I'm eligible to go to a governmental hospital for this procedure.

So as the title says, this is a common trait of omanis. The next best gcc arabs are bahrainis followed by emiratis who are still way behind omanis in these basis. While the worst gcc arabs are saudis followed very closely by kuwaitis & a tad behind, qataris
