Nothing is bringing us more pleasure than seeing our patios and dining areas fill up again. As we reflect over the last twenty years, we have realized that the world has changed a lot. How it began Tony Cappellano The head and heart of the Boom Breakfast family was always Tony Cappellano. He opened the first Boom location in 2003 at College Street in Toronto. Over the years he would grow the brand to three more locations at St. Clair, Eglinton, and Vaughan.  Tony was involved in every aspect of the business from clearing tables to welcoming guests and running the kitchen.
