So I'm running my water for washout and reclaiming out of an ibc tote and trying to build a water recycling setup that's both efficient and will remove chemicals from degreasers and emulsion remover. My concern is both leaving chemical residue in the tank that will then run through my power washer as well as potentially ruining a newly burned screen. Notably I am using eco friendly, "drain safe" versions of both chemicals but I would still rather try and filter if possible for reasons. I've seen info saying anywhere from 0.5 to ..read more

A lot of my designs used pretty thick outlines cus I draw cartoony characters , and I remember that once while doing a regular screen printing project I managed to finish it off because I just ended up eyeing and carefully lining up my screen with the layer below
Couldn’t I apply the same idea to a ..read more

Looking for any auto diamondback owners or experienced operators. I bought a used one and have a few questions about platens being replaced because of warping. Want to be sure it’s the platens that need replacing.
Anyone with knowledge on the auto is appreciated it!

I’m separating some artwork for a print. Currently my colors are Cool Grey 6C as the underbase and light greys, white to highlight, and cool grey 11C as the deeper greys (shadows are the shirt).
I’m curious if anyone has experience with this and sets the halftones at different angles, currently mine are all set at 22.5 degrees.
Thanks!!
