Gather:
Cut-outs of the free “Donkey” download available below
2 Clothespins per Child
Markers
For Palm Sunday, our class is making this great Donkey craft to signify the donkey that Jesus rode on as the people welcomed Him with palm branches, and written on it is “God sent His only Son, Jesus. 1 John 4:9.” The children can color the Donkey, color the two clothespins, and then they attach the clothespins to the Donkey to create his two left legs. VBS 2024 is going to be a blast!
Hey Friends!
I’m so excited to introduce these new items for VBS. It is Large Scene Setters so your teachers can decorate quickly. I often hear people I am enlisting to work in VBS saying things like,
“I will teach, but I can not decorate the room. I do not have ideas or time to do that too.”
So, this prompted me to think. How can I have the idea ready for them so that all they have to do is hang a large scene setter poster and add the beach towels with sand pails? This should simplify the decorating process for everyone.&n ..read more

Hey Friends!
Here is the Breaker Rock Beach VBS crafts breakdown from our testing with children. Please notice the cost breakdown and the comments we heard from the children testing them. Maybe this will help when choosing crafts for your VBS. I am so grateful for the team that helped with the testing and especially for Lynn Jordan who compiled this information for us to use. We like reading reviews before buying an item so reading reviews from kids before choosing crafts is a big win! We love this VBS theme and these craft options are terrific!

It works great for many kids to work on it at the same time since the poster is giant. Mr. Mark thought it was necessary to provide VBS t ..read more
