I bought some poptarts that don't list milk as an allergen but it says there's Carmel in it? It doesn't say Carmel color, just Carmel. Anyone know if it's still dairy free?

I love Perfect Bars, the refrigerated ones made with nut butter, but, they all use nonfat dry milk in them! Does anyone know of a similar bar? For reference, they are: refrigerated, sweetened with honey (I can't do artificial sweeteners), mostly nut butter, and not that sweet. I do not like date-based bars, like GoMacro- they are too sweet for me. Same with Clif bars. ETA: I also can't eat wheat, so gluten free and without modified wheat starch!

Really need some help with my toddler ? Recently figured out she is having issues with dairy. I am waiting not so patiently for her allergy appointment but it’s going to take a while. The problem is she drinks a lot of milk. She’s 3 and still drinking her milk multiple times a day from her sippy cup. She needs off the milk asap but I do not want to traumatize her either. She’s tried almond milk and she does like it, but when it’s bed time and nap time she will not want anything else but cows milk and she will get so upset. Can someone please tell me how you switched your toddler over? ? t ..read more

I am at a wedding and not only did they ask for allergy information in the RSVPs for dinner, they have dairy free cupcakes. I have not been able to eat cake at a wedding since I had to stop eating dairy. I am so incredibly happy!

MUST hold up to heat. I’ve tried them all, but I’ve never tried to make crab Rangoon so I’m not sure which ones melt into liquid and which ones will hold shape. Anyone done this before?
And to be clear I’m not looking for suggestions based on taste, I’m looking for ones that specifically holds up to heat. Thanks!!
