Hello everyone. So, the title is true. I legitimately VSG failed. SW: 265, LW: 212, CW: 260. I’m ~2 years post op and never even got out of the 200s, and I gained it all back. I feel lower than low. Has anyone tried these? I'm prepping for surgery and they have so many flavor/flavorless option(s). They are a bit pricey so I figured I'd get some reviews first.

I beat myself up about that in the beginning, blaming myself for not losing more weight, but over the last month I'm realizing it's not uncommon. I am happy where I am right now, but I do want to lose another 30 to 40 pounds.
My brain still plays tricks on me. I look at myself in the mirror and I can't see the progress. The pictures help but it's still hard to see a d ..read more
