Hi everyone, Today was a busy day with Rebecca and Karn and Kristoffer joined us for some of the day. We went to the Goodwill and everyone found something! (My only purchase was a very neat Evergreen colored sparkly dress that I’m going to cut up for Christmas gloves…as soon as I’m able to use some scissors without my thumb hurting. Hi everyone, I’d like to wish my sister, Cindy, a VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY today… as well as my niece, Molly, who has a birthday as well… and it’s also American Girl, Molly’s birthday too! YAY! I was able to get my dolls listed on Ebay… and I took Dorothy L’s advice and listed them separately. I know that feeling when you want ONE of something, but already have, or don’t need the OTHER something… It was just as easy to list the dolls separately and since I mentioned I would combine shipping if someone wanted both dolls, it worked out well. I did the best I could on these two American Girl dolls, but I really need to move on, so I am listing them together on Ebay. Their biggest problem was how dirty they were. Well, then there was their gummy hair… Oh, and don’t forget those shine marks, scribbled marks, and those wiped away freckles. Oh… and that blue hair on Julie… Maybe the dirt on them was really the minor thing to be addressed. Before I talk about the dolls, I have a question for everyone… We are in need of a new printer… We have an Epson XP-440 and it has been “okay” but now they have stopped carrying the individual ink cartridges at Walmart/any place actually (the Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black only come in a combo pack) My printer WON’T print anything when even ONE of the printer cartridges says it’s low… so I’m sitting here with a printer, that won’t work because I don’t have a refill for the blue cartridge in it. I FINALLY heard back from the hospital about my hand x-ray. They said everything was normal looking and there were no fractures or deformed areas… Then about 15 minutes later, the doctor who had seen me, said he’d like to see me on Thursday and do an ultrasound on my hand. He said he would be pushing and pulling and bending it a little more than he did last week… eek… but he thinks maybe I have a ligament problem and he said the ultrasound would help him see if that’s true. Hi everyone, Well today is the big day for the Eclipse. I helped with a dinner Sunday night at our church for around 80 people visiting here and as I driving through town, you could definitely tell there are MORE people than normal… people walking around, a fair in the middle of town, and lots more traffic. NASA is set up in the middle of the University’s football stadium! Hopefully I’ll have more to share tomorrow about how dark it got, and a few other things… The weather is predicted to be Mostly Clear! Let’s hope so!!
