Hi hi hello.
I couldn’t be more excited to share this caramel cinnamon roll recipe with you all!! If you’ve been following me on Instagram, then you know these are the best cinnamon rolls ever.
So good- in fact, that my mom went crazy over them during Christmas this past year. She was literally JUMPING UP AND DOWN. I’ve never seen her more active???
Anyways, Craig’s mom (Joyce) is a PRO baker. She can practically whip up bread with her eyes closed. This recipe is passed down from her mom, and her mom’s mom, etc, etc.
And now for the first time ever… this recipe is shared with the world! Jk. Ju ..read more

Give me 10 minutes to change your life.
This chimichurri sauce is so F’ing good that I can’t not let you in on this recipe. I discovered it while I was on a photoshoot at one of the hottest restaurants in San Francisco. All the guests were going crazy over this sauce!
I was in the kitchen chatting with the executive chef and he let me in on his ingredients. It’s nothing complicated or extraordinary- in fact, its so simple its almost embarrassing. He told me that people go crazy over this flavor profile because it can elevate almost any dish.
It’s the best on steaks, chicken- basically ..read more

Greetings from Boise, Idaho…
Never in a million years would I have thought I’d be saying that! lol.
Also never in a million years would I have thought we’d be in a worldwide lockdown fighting corona virus. WTH is going on??
So here’s a little life update…
Our plans this year have been completely uprooted, including our life in Los Angeles. Craig and I were going to get married back in May, buy a house, … and then BAMN- CORONA VIRUS! With the snap of a finger, everything flew out the window. (Can someone please reverse the snap???)
Since our lease in LA was ending, we made a quick decis ..read more

Okay, you know I’m all about easy recipes.
So today, we’re talking about making your own marinara sauce using fresh tomatoes.
This marinara sauce is so easy to make using classic fresh ingredients. When I say “easy,” I reallyyy mean it.
The process is simple- let me break it down for you in a nutshell.
Step 1: chop ingredients
Step 2: throw it in the oven and let that baby simmer for a minimum of 4 hrs
Easy right?!
Say BYEEE to the store-bought jarred tomato sauce that’s filled with preservatives, sodium, and shit that we can’t pronounce.
Now here’s the best part about this recipe. You ..read more

This whole dish comes together in 20 minutes!
Pesto is perfect in so many different dishes, but today, let’s talk about this easy pesto shrimp pasta that my family won’t stop raving about!
If you want to impress your significant other in quarantine, make this dish and you’ll thank me later.
While you can buy a pre-made jar of pesto… it actually won’t take you THAT much longer to make your own. Seriously, if you have an extra 2 minutes to throw shit into a blender, then you can make this pesto!
Just do it. Trust me- it’s a game changer.

Wana know just how easy this lava cake recipe is?? My 6 year old self could probably do it. Yup. THAT EASY!
This molten chocolate lava cake recipe takes only about 9 minutes in the oven! It’s smooth and decadent, with a perfect outer layer while remaining soft, gooey and melty on the inside.
Note: This recipe is good for two people. The key is to not over bake, otherwise you’ll lose the molten center. The bake time will change based on your oven’s idiosyncrasies, so I recommend testing it out first. Top it off with your favorite ice cream, fruits, nuts, caramel sauce, and whatever makes you h ..read more

Let me rock your world.
The dish looks intimidating, but trust me… it’s so much easier than you’d think.
The whole dish comes together in less than 30 minutes (well… 40 minutes if you include the 10 minute photo sesh lol)
It’s tangy, sweet, bold, and so much better than takeout! The chicken has a perfectly crisped exterior while remaining juicy and tender on the inside. I recommend using a wok or large frying pan for cooking the bell peppers onions, and fresh pineapples.
I’ve seen a lot of you already tag me in your photos on Instagram from making this dish! Kuddos fam. Ya’ll are killin ..read more
