It was the times of RSS, Google Reader, social bookmarking through del.icio.us, and pictures on Flickr. Over the last six years Raf Roset, one of my favourite geonerds out there, has been sending all the cool stuff he founds about our geospatial world to Barcelona mailing list at OSGeo mailman server. La semana pasada tuve el placer de formar parte de los formadores de los voluntarios de EUROSHA, un grupo de 25 jóvenes destinados a levantar cartografía en diversos países de África, como parte de las actividades del HOT. Uno de los problemas a los que se enfrentan estos voluntarios es una conexión a internet no muy fiable.
