Raise a toast to London’s rich, ginny history with these fizzy treats, made using the lovely Hayman’s Old Tom Gin in September’s Bubble Box. Hayman’s French 75 45ml Hayman’s Old Tom Gin 15ml lemon juice 7.5ml sugary syrup Sparkling wine, to top up Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add Hayman’s Old Tom Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Shake and strain into a chilled flute. Top up with sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon peel twist.
