IOCS will be offering again its popular course on Christianity and Ecology, taught by renowned specialist Dr Elizabeth Theokritoff. The course will be taught on the following Wednesdays in 2024: First six sessions (Term 3), 14.30–17.00 BST: 8, 22 May; 5, 19 June; 10, 17 July. Next four sessions (Term 1, next academic year), 14.30–17.00 BST: 18 September; 2, 16 October; plus 14.30–17.00 GMT: 30 October. The duration of each of the 10 sessions is 150 minutes. Our Institute has commissioned a new icon from UK-based renowned iconographer and Research Associate of IOCS, Aidan Hart (https://aidanharticons.com/) to mark the 25th anniversary of IOCS, Cambridge. Aidan has had over 40 years of experience in the field of iconography, having published and taught on the theme both from a theoretical/theological, but also from a practical point of view.
