To all you wondrously beautiful Clozee fans! I've created a dance I've dubbed 'Bass Bouncing' in all takes place in the bed. I was born with Cerebral Palsy, and I wanted to get much better and feel sexier when I go to music fests, especially for my two absolute faves, Clozee and Tipper. This is not only ridiculously fun way to dance to your favorite #edm artists (not to mention a helluva workout) which any and everyone can do, but it should help people born with Cerebral Palsy whom want to move and groove in bed, at home, or on the dance floor. And to feel exceptionally joyous whilst Bass Bou ..read more

Has anyone done TMS therapy?

Has anyone ever tried Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation therapy? I have a pretty severe mood disorder, which I’m told was caused by my brain damage. I’ve tried countless medications, but still have suicidal ideation often especially when thinking about my future. I’m wondering if TMS would help. I’m getting an MRI but I’m told that I have severe prefrontal cortex damage (area of the brain that affects mood and executive functioning). submitted by /u/Academic_Classic_393 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Does anyone else wish they were never born rather than living with CP?

( I just wanted to thank everyone for their support in my time of need. I will seek out therapy.) No matter what I do, my life will never be as good as an able-bodied person. So, what's the point of living? The only thing that has kept me going is knowing my parents would be really upset if I wasn't around. My favorite time of the day is the end, because it's the longest possible time before the next day starts. Any helpful words of encouragement would be greatly appreciated. The last eight years I have been dealing with back injuries that have sidelined me from bowling a lot. Currently I am not able to bowl due to a flare up. I post a lot of bowling videos on my YouTube channel. However, I want to do m ..read more

Same goes with personal trainers. I think is because they don't want to tier you up. Now I'm tired to find a new personal trainer and i want something more challenging. I love going to the gym and liftering weights So I thought about buying a wheelchai ..read more

Is there any in this subreddit that lives on their own and doesn’t drive? I feel like I will never independent because I can’t drive. 27F here. I have spastic diplegia, GMFS level three. I am currently taking some driving lessons with a instructor who works with people who have disabilities through DVR. I use hand controls. Today the instructor told me that it would probably take me over 250 hours to learn how to drive safely. This is a long time and it makes me feel discouraged, so how long did it take you guys? submitted by /u/WelcomeTall7680 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more
