Meet Rachele, our next Legend Athlete!
Past Legends have included “The Api,” and “The Ben.” These, and now “The Rachele” are special, limit-pushing workouts designed to be intense and unforgettable; highlighting our incredible Athletes.

This Memorial Day, join us in honoring America’s fallen heroes, and one in particular, Navy Lt. Michael Murphy by taking on “Murph.” Completing this hero workout on Memorial Day has become something a lot of fitness communities do, and it’s something we, at Alchemy, can and should be proud to take on.

Dear Alchemists,
The days have grown short, the temps are dropping, and another year is drawing to an end. For this remarkable community, what a year it’s been. The last twelve months brought unique challenges as well as opportunities for growth and evolution.

Api Ojulu first started coming to Alchemy in 2016 and over the next couple years, she would come off and on between breaks from Pharmacy school and residency. As a former college basketball player at Marquette University, she was no stranger to intense workouts and strength training.
