Arai isn’t a company that pops out with a new product every few months. When a new helmet arrives, it’s a big occasion. Last week we got to try the Arai XD-5 Adventure helmet for the first time. This replaces the XD-4, which had more or less become the go-to headwear for the most serious adventure riders. The 2024 Rocky Mountain ATV/MC WORCS Series made its annual stop at Shorty’s MX park in Blythe, California this weekend. This is a unique course consisting of deep sand and fast straights. Endurance is the name of the game, and all three pro classes had lead changes throughout the race. Steward Baylor broke through to win his first GNCC XC1 victory of  2024 at the inaugural Dunlop Motorcycle Tires Old Gray. As the 2024 Monster Energy Supercross season draws closer to its climax, the race for the championship is closer than ever. There is now a tie for the point lead between Cooper Webb and Jett Lawrence. This comes after a start-to-finish win in the 450 main event from Webb. It was always a tight battle up front, though, first with Ken Roczen  breathing down Webb’s neck, then Chase Sexton. In the meantime, both Jett Lawrence and Eli Tomac were faced with terrible starts.
