I've heard they wobble and vibrate more than stock. And it's that or the givi that I'm considering.
Anyone tried either or both?

The two bikes outwardly look very similar, most likely have very similar frame, until you get the full package then you noticed subtle and not subtle differences externally.
However one thing that's more obvious is that they have very different engine. I heard 800 use Rotax 895 and 750 use Loncin 853? Or did I get them swapped?
Also, what's the difference between 750 and 850's engine, since both have similar displacement, but very different output? Just tuning? Or are they completely different?
Do they exist in the same market or do they serve differently? With some countries only having 750 ..read more

A few times now it has happened that i just came from a long ride, let the bike idle till the fan came on, popped it on the centerstand and the oil was just barely on the stick, under the min mark. If i then start the bike again and let it idle for a few min, the oil is back up at the max line. I know the bike has a semi dry sump but it really bothers me as i cant see how a ride could dispere the oil so much th ..read more

I'll be looking to buy this. Anyone's thoughts on how bad the issue could be? I'm very mechanically enclined but this would be the 2nd motorcycle I ever own. How good/ bad are these bikes? Am I getting into more trouble than what is worth? Do these nikes last a good while. It'll primarily be used as a everyother weekend joyride bike. Any advise helps, thanks in advance.
