Greetings my friends!
Here is the video of House Concert 49 streamed live on Facebook and YouTube on Saturday 27th April. Another fabulous evening – this one was a celebration of Beltane and Spring. The internet connection had some issues for a couple of songs but then I realised that DropBox was backing up a huge file and when I turned that off things settled down. Also, this was broadcast from my new iMac and I was confused by the huge thumbs-up images that kept appearing – I later found out that it was a ‘feature’ of the latest MacOS that was turned on by default. It kept thinking I was giv ..read more

Greetings my friends!
The blog has been quiet recently as I’ve had my head down getting things all wrapped up on the new album. The good news is that it is finished and has been sent off to the disc manufacturers and also uploaded to all of the download and streaming services ready for the launch date which be, all things going well, the 10th of May.
Cerri has once more worked her magic with the album cover artwork, and you can see the song listing here. I cannot wait for you to hear the songs. It’s been quite some journey creating this album, writing through the Pandemic, and then other life ..read more

This was a trip to the famous Tarr Steps on Exmoor in Somerset. This is a 3000-year-old Clapper Bridge across a ford on the river Barle. In the summer it is heaving with people picnicking and having fun in the water, in winter it is quiet and mystical. It was a wet day but powerful and beautiful. No music felt needed today. Please enjoy this meditative trip.

We went to Somerset to have a little break and visit some sacred places. However, the weather, the journey, and various other stuff made us a little bit grumpy today on this visit to Stoney Littleton Long Barrow. No picnic today as it was still the aftermath of Storm Jocelyn, but we had some sacred and deep moments, despite our slightly stressed mood. So join us as we explore this fabulous site.
