Make yourself comfortable and have a look around. There’s plenty of magick and free rituals to be had, so settle in and enjoy! If your mystical perusing makes you hungry there are freshly baked cookies on the counter, still warm! Or help yourself to a steaming cup of tea. Mugs are in the cabinet by the sink. But don’t touch the pink one! That one’s mine. I’m territorial when it comes to mugs. And chocolate. And, if I can be honest, toothbrushes. But I think you feel me on that one. Fortunately I’m not territorial when it comes to free spells. So poke around and find what speaks to your witc ..read more

Who else feels like they just rolled out of a stinky dumpster?! Kind of a strange way to start a self-care post, I know. But with the exception of squirrels and birds, it seems everyone I cross paths with lately is burned out, emotionally drained, and mentally exhausted. Granted, squirrels are never exhausted. They are, after all, nature’s meth heads. ...Where was I? Right, self-care! Self-care comes in many forms, but if you’re on this site I’m guessing your favorite form of anything is witchcraft. Can I get a spell yeah?! #DorkOutburst The Self-Care Spell Book: 13 Self-Care Spel ..read more

With holiday baking in full swing, I can't help but wonder how many pie crusts are going into the oven unenchanted. It's a shame, really! I'll wait. Gotta finish this eggnog anyway. Without further delay, here is my SUPER simple Pie Crust Spell that I highly encourage you to incorporate into your next baking session. Cozy Spells

As the dark nights of late autumn draw near and winter's chilly embrace begins to settle around us, you may be feeling less inclined to set up an altar to cast a spell. Mostly because you're cold and want to stay tucked under the blankets. I hear you. The snuggle is real. I've composed a list of cozy spells that allow you to weave magick in ways that nourish that urge to huddle down and domesticate as autumn yawns into the hushed chill of winter. So brew yourself a steaming mug of tea, wrap yourself in your favorite cozy sweater, slip your tootsies into some warm socks, and get ready to c ..read more

It's been hot here in northern New England, which means I have one thing on my mind: fall. ;) Well, fall and Arnold Palmers. Nothing says summer like an Arnold Palmer. Or as we call it here in New England, a half and half. But let's get back to serious business. As Lughnasadh approaches and the days start shortening just a teensy bit, fall is on my mind. It's quite possibly on your mind too. I have yet to meet a witch who doesn't worship Samhain. Worship.  Get it?! *Three Stooges Noises* I wanted to do something a little new and fanciful as fall approaches, honoring our collectiv ..read more

I recently moved to northern New England. If you're keeping track this is the 4,756 move I've made in 5 years. ...It's really ruined the smell of cardboard for me. What once conjured visions of gooey pizza now brings on sweat-inducing flashbacks. Tape! Box cutters! An adult game of Tetris. Okay, maybe "flashbacks" is a bit dramatic, but humor me for theatrical effect. ;) When moving day arrived and shenanigans ensued, I had to lock my cat inside my second floor bedroom in order to keep him safe. Being a teenage boy, a venture upstairs is no longer part of his daily routine.  ..read more

Full Moon's Secrets Tarot Ritual

The Full Moon is the siren of the sky, calling to us, beckoning us to play. Under her silver luminescence we cast and conjure, weaving spells and whispered incantations that swirl into the ether like fairy dust in the wind.  We dance beneath her pale moonbeams as she draws something out of us, an innate connection to the hushed earth and star-kissed sky as all the unspoken wonder and majesty of the nighttime world hums through our veins beneath her rapturous light, carried by the same blood we share with our ancestors. We worship her snowy glow and meditate in her pooling light. We dr ..read more

5 (More) Ways to Celebrate Beltane (Without Spending a Dime)

Spring is here, my friends! Can you feel it? The warmth on your skin. The melodic twitter of birds. The lush grass beneath your feet. The hay fever clogging your nose.  Worth it, I say. Totally worth it for tulips and daisies and lilacs, oh my! With spring comes Beltane, the sabbat of fertility and promise. The Goddess is fertile, the God is ripening into a man, and the birds and the bees are gearing up to knock boots. Very small boots. I mean, it's a bee. Do they even have feet? Celebrated on May 1st, Beltane is the celebration of fertility and vitality. But one can only *ahem* celebrat ..read more
