Located adjacent to Lafayette Square, this neighborhood isn’t far from downtown St. Louis and boasts multiple charming, historic homes, including the one we staged below. When we stage a home, we bring in a myriad of items that are used throughout different rooms, such as furniture, artwork, and lighting. A common challenge we bump into is whenever we need to stage around lamps or any other items that require electricity from an outlet. Staging That Sells recently had the opportunity to do some charitable work for a great local nonprofit, CornerStone STL. They’ve been around since 1976, helping to provide housing for low income families in the West End Neighborhood in St. Louis, MO.
