This weekend marks the 183rd Manchester Derby in the club’s history, with Manchester City making the journey to Old Trafford for the first of the season. Recent form in the derby sets up a great prospect for United, having won the last two derby games including a 2-0 win at home back in March in the league. As well as this, United have also managed four wins in a row in the Premier League, most recently a 3-1 win against Manchester United away from home. And that was perhaps the reason why it’s taken so long for him to leave Sporting Lisbon. But Thursday night’s performance in Austria, a game in which Betfred promo code users cashed in, epitomised how well he’s settled into life at the biggest club in the world. He ma ..read more

Some of that talk has been about it being a phycological problem, with rumours that Solskjaer might even be getting a psychologist or a counsellor in, and I think that Wednesday night’s result against Burnley was a perfect example of that. We dominated the game, if you look at the stats there’s tonnes more possession, efforts, efforts on target and corners for the Red Devils – the Clarets only had tw ..read more
