Looking Back and Looking Ahead for Lichty Guitars Lichty Guitars began back in 2009 when Jay (then home contractor) began building ukuleles for fun in the garage. Shortly thereafter, I (Corrie) joined in on the fun by photographing and marketing each instrument just as soon as the strings went on.
