In this series, I’ll throw out one random possibility for the NFL Draft and you’ll decide whether or not you prefer that alternate reality
This is a continuation of our previous “What If...” Wednesday series leading up to the NFL Draft. This activity is based on the Disney+ series Marvel’s “What If...” where one tiny change to the timeline results in a vastly different alternate universe. Killmonger befriends Tony Stark, T’Challa becomes Star Lord, weird stuff like that. In these articles, I’ll give you an NFL Draft scenario, and you all will decide if thi ..read more

The Panthers watched almost all of their sack production walk out the door and desperately need to restock their cupboards.
The Carolina Panthers had a decent defense in 2023 despite some underwhelming splash play production. They registered just 27 sacks, which was the fewest in the league. 90.7% of that sack production is no longer with the team. The only players left on the roster that registered sacks for the Panthers last season are Derrick Brown (2) and Shy Tuttle (0.5).
The front office attempted to patch the massive gaping hole on the edge of their de ..read more

A weekly projection on what all 32 teams will do with their picks at the 2024 NFL Draft
CSR Mock Draft 4.0 is now upon us. I decided to really spice things up this time around to keep you on your toes!
For this mock draft, I once again used the NFL Mock Draft Database simulator and took control of all 32 teams for two rounds. I had fun with some interesting trades, using Drafttek’s draft pick trade value chart to make the trades as even as possible.
Without further ado, here it is, this week’s CSR Mock Draft:
First Round

Your Benevolent Dictator has returned by providing Dan Morgan with a blueprint to win the first draft of his GM tenure.
With the calendar turned to April, we are officially in “Draft Month”. To celebrate this blessed season I’m cranking out content centered on the Panthers recent draft history, the perils of trading up, the beauty of trading down, and slipping in another “BYU Homer” post telling the Panthers front office which former Cougar they should add to the roster.
Today we’re going to indulge my trade down fever dream.
But first, as the Benevolent Dict ..read more

The Carolina Panthers have bigger needs, but a running back pickup wouldn’t be the worst thing for them.
The good thing about being a terrible team is that you can go into the draft with a pretty clean slate. Just about everything is a need at some level, so you’re not too conflicted over the prioritization over the best player available and the needs of your team. The intersection of those two is always present.
The Carolina Panthers and the running back position fit that bill. The Panthers would be silly to take a running back with one of their second ro ..read more

The Gamecock wide receiver has the Carolina Panthers buzzing, but is he worth it?
It is typical this time of year for reports to start trickling out noting which prospects have the attention of front offices around the NFL. This year, it seems as though South Carolina Gamecock wide receiver Xavier Legette is the apple of the Carolina Panthers’ eye. Ten members of the Panthers organization made the trip to attend the South Carolina pro-day where Panthers Wide Receivers Coach Rob Moore was running the position drills, according to Jordan Reid of ESPN. Even Leg ..read more
