High Protein Recovery Drink | NO SUPPLEMENTS! 1 Banana 50g Frozen Cherries 250ml Milk 1 tbsp Milk Powder 1 Egg (raw) 1/2 tsp Egg Shell Powder See the recipe video below: Method To make the egg shell powder, crack the egg into a bowl then give the shell a quick rinse and pat dry.
