Do you feel like you never have a solid ground below your feet? No sense of surrender and trust, always on the go, ready to run. I'd like it to be otherwise... submitted by /u/ManjaManj [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

As in Infj what are the main qualities of a person you look for before dating them?

As an infj, are looks the first or most important thing you look for before you date someone? Bc I know I need to build a connection with someone before I can find them attractive in they way that I actually want to date them. If they are smart, funny, make me feel good about myself, and they make me feel safe, then a bond is formed and a relationship can begin after I've established all these traits and trust after a while of knowing then, regardless of what they look like. A lot of people ask, how the hell did he get you with a lot of my past and present relationships?? They don't get it th ..read more

INFJ here. Whenever I attend a live performance, I'd say I have 90% chance of being pulled into the show by the performers. I assume it's because I look like the dude in the crowd that's least likely to want to be in the spotlight. Not sure. Have any other INFJ's had this experience and if so, how'd it feel? submitted by /u/Willing_Persimmon_71 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Showing up authentically in the workplace?

I’ve found as a lifelong INFJ, that I tend to people please, take on extra work without complaint, have trouble being assertive and setting boundaries until I burnout and fast. I always feel shy exposing the introvert side of me because it seems so frowned upon to need a lot of alone time on a regular basis, and so I’ve forever projected extrovert vibes ever since high school and beyond (have been in service positions ever since). I need to find a way to project how I really am where it’s socially acceptable in the workplace because I am just exhausted at the end of each day “faking it until ..read more

I had posted this in intj group but now would love to know opinions of INFJ I am an INTJ guy, I don't know if this is in general among all different relations. But so far, I have met a lot of people with different personalities and got their views and opinions on different thing... But there is a girl(INFJ), who I made my best friend recently through online conversation... She is the best person I have ever found who can connect with me at my level and shares same madness... E.g. I don't like small conversation, so If I write my problems or something explaining in 500 - 1000 words(she would ..read more

I feel like i’ve always cared more about the people in my life than they ever had about me, I am an extremely loyal person and I can get really sensitive. So when I don’t feel like this is returned, I immediately get the urge to cut off this person or start having thoughts about how no one in my life values me and that I don’t belong anywhere Just wanted to know if I was alone in this. submitted by /u/EpicMiles25 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

How Do I Save My Life?

I'm really struggling with the transition into adulthood. I dropped out of community college to pursue a career that ended up failing pretty quickly. Worked a bunch of shit minimum wage jobs where I was abused by management and quit before I was fired. My executive functioning is really bad. I'm horrible at following directions and "figuring out" stuff related to the job I'm supposed to do. Honestly I'm starting to feel pretty limited like my autism is holding me back from the life I'd like to live. I've been unemployed for over a year now. My savings are almost gone and I'm probably going to ..read more

What are your strategies to handle multiple hobbies?

Hey, INFJs fellas, I'm in a delicate situation. I want to do way more things than my life allows. I have many hobbies: pickleball, bowling, French, reading romance books, CrossFit, programming, and graphic design. I really want to play piano, take ice skating and salsa classes, and learn to draw portraits with charcoal. I have just 2 tiny problems—I don't have time for each of them, and I get really frustrated when I improve less than I want to. My absolute favorites are French and romance books, but I like the rest of them equally, and it's hard to choose. As a result, I get frustrated and g ..read more
