We are encouraging local people to start the New Year by making a will to get their affairs in order during a special fundraising initiative. The Hospice of the Good Shepherd is hosting a series of Will Clinics held here at the Hospice. Established local solicitor, Oliver & Co, will waive their fees in exchange for a donation towards Hospice patient care. Hospice volunteer Kim Huby, is backing the fundraiser after making a Will during the initiative last year.   The Hospice of the Good Shepherd will be holding two open days for registered nurse vacancies on Tuesday 14th January 6.30pm – 8pm and Friday 17th January 1.30pm – 3pm where you’ll be able to come and meet a variety of the team, look around the hospice, and learn more about the available roles and with an opportunity to ask your questions about working here. The annual Santa Dash returns for another round of festive cheer on Sunday 1st December 2019 supporting the Hospice of the Good Shepherd and The Countess Charity.
