Have a look at this video to find out how you can help shoulder pain.  This particular video looks at self help for the deltoid muscle and rotator cuff specifically.  My husband has used this method together with reflexology and had great results.  This technique is called Kinessage which is a movement therapy which activates your nervous system to release chronic pain and tension.
