I sliced this shrimp (idk is it a shrimp or prawn) in half and noticed this trail of green stuff. Does anyone know what it is? It's my first time attempting to a cook it so any help is much appreciated!

Customer called in today and requested a refund for rockfish she bought a day ago. She said after a night in her fridge a bunch of white worms crawled out. Anybody had this happen to their fresh rockfish? It’s supplied by Lusamerica foods if that says anything.

Is it just undigested stomach contents and do we eat it or discard?

Hey guys! I just wanted to know what’s texture of shrimp like when it’s overcooked. I always hear you don’t want to overcook your shrimp but I don’t know if I’ve experienced it. I always hear your shrimp will be rubbery but how does rubbery even taste or feel while chewing ???

I've seen these in different kinds of mollusks. What is that rubbery thing circled in red? It's not really attached firmly to anything and kind of just falls out when cleaning the clam
