On the radio as I was driving back from New Hampshire last weekend from the funeral of my cousin who was in the Air Force during Vietnam, I heard about the protests at Columbia University and that they shut down the university.
In 1970 I was driving to college and I heard on the radio about Kent State massacre and the college protests around the country shutting down campuses.
In 2024 I heard on the radio protesters are shutting down campuses.
Have we learned anything yet?
