Hello everybody, I have been diagnosed with ‘schizophrenia spectrum disorder’ and OCD and I’m wondering if anyone else is constantly worried about something to the point where it feels off/unsettling if I’m NOT worried/paranoid/overthinking about something? I’m taking Olanzapine at the moment, it seemed to have reduced the overthinking a little bit but it hasn’t gotten rid of it entirely. I’ve posted about my experience in other subs but didn’t want to post it here in case it’s against the rules. About two years ago I had weird symptoms start slowly, but I had a decent amount of insight (some days were worse than others). Then at the end of that year I lost most of the insight. I still knew I shouldnt be thinking the way I was but I was fully convinced of my delusions, I ended up quitting my job because I thought I would be killed there.
