Teachers and students are preparing to return to school. The stores are advertising back to school specials and the aisles are stocked with school supplies. Science is reporting that there are many dangers for children when they have too much screen time. Excessive phone use can cause sore thumbs, neck pain, stress, anxiety, and strained relationships with family or friends. Among the most concerning risk is sleep deprivation.
