so i’m using a topical scalp steroid betamethasone valerate for my mild scalp psoriasis. i’ve been advised to use it for 2 weeks and my head has cleared up but im really scared because ppl who say they stopped using steroids their symptoms came back even worse. i’m just terrified how do i stop using the steroid. im currently using it 2 times a day morning and night should i gradually use it once a day and eventually stop for 2 weeks then take a 2 week break and then go on the steroid again? please help submitted by /u/Front_Bit_7118 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Last November I had a HUGE outbreak - I could NOT believe how itchy I was and I thought it was an allergic reaction. It just really hurts, With trauma piling up, my social life was killed in my teens when puberty made me objectively unattractive. I couldn't interact with others. Hi! I have already scheduled a doctor's appointment for Monday. But till then I was wondering if anyone knows if there is anything that can help/i should pay attention to when taking mtx and having the flu?
