Note: We have a team of specialists we are working with including his pediatrician, pediatric sports medicine specialist, and a pediatric orthopedic surgeon who specializes in hips. We have seen everyone and have our first appt with the orthopedic surgeon tomorrow morning for further discussion of the findings, plan for additional imaging, and treatment planning. Above are the results of an MRI arthrogram. The arthrogram injection and MRI read were done by the same radiologist, if that’s important. He had bilateral hip and pelvis X-rays done prior to the MRI and they were read as negativ ..read more

Hi all I don't know if this is the best place to post but i'm trying to go back to college to become an X-ray tech - unfortunately the only colleges near me that offer it are about four hours away and i can't afford to take off the work. So what i'm trying to do is go to a college locally for a year or two and get my general education credits? if that's what they're called out of the way so i can in the future transfer to a rad tech course. Is this a good path i'm taking & is there any classes i should try to take for when i transfer? or would y'all just recommend waiting until i move ( i ..read more

Low census/flexing time card question

I’m not sure if this is a question for this sub or not, but my work implemented forced flexing because of low census. They are having us all come in an our late and putting “low census” on our time cards. The thing is, it’s not any slower than usual. In fact, some days it’s much busier than usual. Is it okay that our boss is editing our time cards this way without numbers to actually back it up? I feel like this is time card fraud or tampering but I’m not sure. We are all losing hours and working just as hard or harder than usual. submitted by /u/Chris55730 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more
