Upon googling this I find contradictory results. It doesn't appear to be on the list of states that regulate it, but there was a state bill a few years ago which mentions it as well as other language requiring 2-4 years of supervision.
Is anyone familiar? Can I get by calling myself a "coach".
Appreciate any help.

I am looking for a decent script or bullet points to follow for a particular convincer. There is an exercise where you would put your arms out to the side, twist, and notice how far you are able to twist. Return to beginning position Imagine yourself twisting farther Open eyes and the person actually produces a much further twist.
Or if anyone can point me out to a good hypnosis track or something that might allow me to stretch more faster.
I have destroyed my knee. I cannot have surgery until I have regained almost complete range of motion and apparently time is short. I am stretching and exe ..read more

I am starting to get interested in this subject and I want to learn about it. Is there an established and standard go to guide to learn self hypnosis? Also is it a must to have a goal to reach the trance state? Can reaching the trance state itself be my goal?

10 years ago remember hearing from a TV show or someone and they said yes hypnosis can stop you from smoking. However, if you stopping the smoking habit will cause you to from a new potentially harmful habit in another part of you life. Is this true?

I have a superfear towards approaching new people (and it’s going to be my job in a bit), mostly girls wich are the primary demographic. It’s kind of like a sales job in multiple stores.
I want to get it to zero or even negative fear so I can have an amazing performance. I know I have the skills for it.
I would go to a hypnotherapist but I just don’t have the budget

Hi I’m writing a personal story about hypnosis and am trying to write that in this universe the only one who can hypnotize people is the one with a specific artifact. Im blanking on some names that sound cool for this artifact. I like to bleed fictional or historical references into my stories so I would like some already established names for it. Any suggestions?

I unexpectedly had to move in with my parents temporarily a couple months ago. They keep a lot of junk food in their house that I wouldn’t keep in my own. This has resulted in a lot of mindless snacking that ultimately makes me feel bad. I’m doing a lot of sessions around reducing/eliminating impulsive/mindless eating and I think it has helped after just a few sessions. Should I only focus on this for a while until I’m completely satisfied with progress? Or can I work on multiple habits/beliefs?
