I am looking for a decent script or bullet points to follow for a particular convincer. There is an exercise where you would put your arms out to the side, twist,and notice how far you are able to twist. 10 years ago remember hearing from a TV show or someone and they said yes hypnosis can stop you from smoking. I unexpectedly had to move in with my parents temporarily a couple months ago. They keep a lot of junk food in their house that I wouldn’t keep in my own. This has resulted in a lot of mindless snacking that ultimately makes me feel bad.
