Hi, I started amigurumi about a year ago and I'm still using the first hooks I got, but I've noticed they sometimes "stick" to the yarn, like it doesn't smoothly go over the hook. I'm looking to get new ones, but the choices are overwhelming me ? I haven't got a huge budget, but I'd like a set with around 10 hooks and just nice and easy to use. I'm currently keeping or gifting my items, but tentatively looking to create an "adoption" site for my creations. Which hooks have you had success with? Question about slip stiches

Usually a pattern will tell me to make a slip stich into the first stich of the last round to join the round together. After that i chain 1 (or however many the pattern requires). What do i do after this? Do i insert my hook in the next stitch of the round or do i insert my hook in the same stitch i pulled the slip stitch through? submitted by /u/Organic_Animator_152 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more
