For context, I was born in the Balkans where Waterpolo is a very big thing, but I moved to the US when I was a teenager, I wanted to play it all my life because it looks very fun but also because it is very good for health and the development of the body. Unforunately in the US there are very little water-polo clubs, but I recently moved and as it turns out there is a pretty good water-polo club 5 minutes away from me, it's three days a week, with the third day being scrimmages, for $200 a month. Hi! Looking for some advice. Our local team usually has a pretty good 12u A team.. but a lot of the key players who would have made that team this year left for a different local team, leaving the team extremely green at the beginning of the year. We've seen a few 12u teams age up already (we have an older child who has played for a few years), and while it always feels like it's team tradition to suffer through lose a LOT (ie a majority) of 12u games, it almost seems like the coach had checked-out and lost hope in his players early on in the year.
