This is my favorite Sate Madura in Batam right now. Yup I just said it. This plate of skewered meats is excellent! Madura style satay is mainly sweet. Its peanut sauce is smoother than your average satay sauce. It is mixed with sweet soy sauce and chili. And the chili from this stall is spot on! Fragrant and spicy! This is easily one of the top 5 BBQ Chickens in town, according to your evil neighbor Batamliciouz. If you have never seen how 42 pcs of chickens being bbq at the same time, then come here. I am still amazed that with such a mass production, the taste and quality remained at a high level. The chicken is soft and juicy. Main glaze is sweet. The charcoal aroma is superbly strong.
