Tall fescue sod laid in early December about a month before it got frigid and snowy - feel like it came in nice - just wondering if those brown lines will eventually work themselves out? And I’ve been pulling a few little weed sprouts - is that normal during the first spring of new sod or should it be growing thick enough to smother those? First time experiencing new sod instead of an established yard - so sorry for the rookie questions. Located in Nebraska.

I have this grass that completely takes over my lawn in the summer (north east) just pulled this out of the lawn today. I thought it was quackgrass but my app says Bermuda? I don’t want this to be the primary grass in the lawn. Any tips?

They’re all over my front lawn this season. They’re hard to remove by hand because they don’t have a central root system and they’re all over the lawn.

Lawn care tech here, spraying pesticides/fertilizers daily for my company. I’ve never found a pair of boots that have lasted an entire season (mid Feb thru mid Dec). An average day consists of walking 8-12 miles, treating residential & commercial turfs with fert & pesticides. I’m looking for recommendations for boots that are durable and rated for chemicals, comfort being the least of my worries. What boots have lasted you the longest doing similar work? TYIA for any replies, I certainly appreciate it

I have a small/recently started landscaping company. Buisness has been great the past year and am looking to expand. Want to replace my current kubota 42 ride on with a commercial stand on. Then have my Kubota be the foundation for a second setup. Bradley has a great price point but gravelys seem to be a little better and they have a Kawasaki which I like. Price range $6,000-10,000. Any help would be great. Thank you guys

I live in the Boise, Idaho area. Wondering what this might be. 2, 4-D applications don't seem to bother it. TIA.

I’ve done everything I can to protect my St. Augustine and idk where to go from here. Lesco 0-0-7 pre-emergent, pulled early by hand, mowed and bagged so weed seeding won’t spread, and I cannot get this shit to stop spreading like wild fire. Located in Fort Worth, TX.
What do?

Hello everyone, I am from the PNW. I've been having an issue with my lawn where some type of grass is taking over. My lawn guy said that it is crabgrass and he doesn't know how to get rid of it. Can someone please guide me on how I can remove it?
