Hi, I am looking into all different softwares (mostly just the ones advertised as CRMs for now) for my new landscaping company. I was in the process of taking over another kind of business but that fell through, but during that set-up, I got an account with Helcim and even got one of their terminals. I am hoping to use Helcim's API payment processor with my new CRM. Its just me running this business, I don't need anything too fancy. Anyone know of a platform that can do this? Thanks

I would be interested to know whether anyone out there has successfully deployed the Smart Docs component of Pipedrive using SharePoint as the storage location.
It seems to target only the default SharePoint site i.e. no option to choose which site you want to use.
Any Pipedrive partners got a solution for this?
Thanks!

Hi! We’re building an automation tool for CRMs (integrated with HubSpot now) and would love your advice! It can be a challenge to get data in and out of your CRM to work with other apps. While the APIs for CRMs are powerful, it is often not easy to work with directly, requiring lots of programming and debugging.
Our goal is to enable you to use natural language to interface with your CRM and other apps easily. For example, you can ask Lutra.ai ? (our software) to update your CRM contacts from a Google sheet, create a report using deal data, or deduplicate the contacts.
Behind the scenes, we a ..read more

Good afternoon!
I'm in the process of setting up a CRM for which I would like to cold call and email Non Profit Organizations around the country from. I have a spreadsheet full of publicly available data from these non profits..so far around 50,000+ of them.
What is the best platform to use for these cold calls and emails? We're a non profit ourselves, so money is very tight. I figured we would use HubSpot, but it seems they have a very strict policy forbidding outreach to anyone who hasnt officially opted in via our landing page.
I would like to to able to do individual calls and emails and ..read more

Hello, Community Members!

❓What’s your first memorable CRM success story? Or
❓What's your biggest CRM challenge to date?
———————————————————————————
Rewinding to 2010, one of my first memorable CRM successes unfolded while I was a Marketing Analyst at an American B2B industrial conglomerate. Back then, our communications and campaigns with U.S. distribution partners were managed directly through Outlook—without any tracking, deliverability metrics, or insights into the performance of each communication. Initially, my responsibilities were confined to the Brazilian ..read more

Hello,
I would like some advice on using wordpress (or another CRM) for a small business. I've taken out a web host subscription with o2switch, and now I need to find out which CRM to use.
What CRM / Plugin for a website selling video editing, sign language dubbing and subtitling services. It's a service similar to video editing in that users need to be able to create an account, access their quotes and download the rendered videos (the final product), it's relatively simple.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Have a great day!
