I found a small cast iron bowl at the thrift store, which perfectly makes 1/2 a recipe (https://www.koreanbapsang.com/spicy-braised-tofu-dubu-jorim/).
Still a little overly excited about my rice so I made all the other portions way too big lol

We’re about to move to middle of nowhere basically and grocery shopping will be done on a monthly basis. We plan to freeze most food items but I’m worried about storing kimchi, could I freeze it? It’s a staple for most of my meals and there is no way I can drive to the oriental market as often as I do right now..
Any suggestions on proper storage for bulk buying?

I feel confused how they seem healthy, not ultra processed, and not like junk food yet at the same time seem ultra processed, seem like junk food, and seem unhealthy. My brain is confused by all the seemingly contradictory clues.

Recently I have been trying to make teokkbokki and for the most part it’s turned out alright but I have an issue with the sauce it will not thicken I’m not sure if it because of my continues stirring of the sauce and moving of the rice cakes or something else the only time it remotely thickens is when the sauce almost fully evaporates that’s another issue my sauce will not stop evaporating leaving me only with a small amount to coat my rice cakes how do I solve this problem?

(Reposting because of a typo in title and there's no option to edit on mobile ???????)
I'm preparing for a other multi-month visit to Korea this June, and getting myself psyched to eat at my favourite spots again by looking through some pictures I've taken of my meals.
These pictures were taken on a night out with friends in 홍대 ?
