my gf is Korean and she loves to eat her parents’ Kimchi. Me personally, as a competitive male, I like to be the best and just to tease and prove that I’m better, I am taking it upon myself to make my own Kimchi so we don’t have to go over her parents house just to eat some cabbage. If you have anything to tips pls say it. imfollowing some simple YouTube tutorial and I’m not sure if it’s enough. I was super lucky to have someone bring me an order of tteokbokki from Honu’s today. It’s loaded with tteok, fishcake, a hard boiled egg, onions, green onion and had 4 fried mandoo on top. The best part was adding rice to eat with the sauce at the end.
