So I have worked with this company for 5 years, started knowing absolutely nothing and after a year and some change I was promoted to truck lead. I am in California. C20 is the license class for HVAC and C22 is for asbestos abatement. Can a company holding C20 license also do asbestos abatement as part of the HVAC replacement project, or do they need to hire another company with C22 license to do that? submitted by /u/liaosea [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Posted a couple days ago saying I had an interview coming up for a helper/apprentice position, manage to land the job I start Monday❗️ My journey: Applied last year from November - December 2023, got no jobs or callbacks because no one was hiring new recruits mainly due to the season, but started applying again since February 2024. I've called/gave resume to around 40 companies, and only TWO got back to me for an interview. Interview Process: Talked to the man for over an hour, he just wanted to get to know me, almost like I was talking to a good friend. He loved my ambition although I'm gree ..read more
