Its not the same. My body is not the same as it was ten years ago. As I approached my 35th birthday I realized that I can’t be who I was in my twenties. Your body changes and your needs change. This isn’t something I am depressed about. In fact, its something I’ve come to accept because we’re not meant to be who we were ten years ago.
