Hội An is a city on Vietnam’s central coast known for its well-preserved Ancient Town, cut through with canals. The former port city’s melting-pot history is reflected in its architecture, a mix of eras and styles from wooden Chinese shophouses and temples to colorful French colonial buildings, ornate Vietnamese tube houses and the iconic Japanese Covered Bridge with its pagoda. Cordouan lighthouse is an active lighthouse located 7 kilometres at sea, near the mouth of the Gironde estuary in France. At a height of 67.5 metres, it is the tenth-tallest "traditional lighthouse" in the world. Thanks to Mr Maud. The Bochnia Salt Mine  in Bochnia, Poland, is one of the oldest salt mines in the world and is the oldest commercial company in Poland. The Bochnia salt mine was established in 1248 after salt had been discovered there in the 12th and 13th centuries, and became part of the royal mining company, żupy krakowskie (Kraków Salt Works). In 1990 the mine ceased producing salt but remains a tourist attraction.In 1981 the Bochnia salt mine was declared a heritage monument. Freiberg is a university and former mining town in the Free State of Saxony, Germany. It is a so-called Große Kreisstadt (large county town) and the administrative centre of Mittelsachsen district. Its historic town centre has been placed under heritage conservation and is a part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site known as the Ore Mountain Mining Region, due to its exceptional testimony to the development of mining techniques across many centuries. The sole remaining church on Nozaki island is located in the former Nokubi village. The small red brick church stands atop a hill, watching over the remains of the settlement. Together with Funamori in the south, Nokubi was once home to devout Christians. The parishioners, 17 families in all, willingly embraced hardships and came together to raise funds for the construction of the church that would carry their legacy for generations. Puy de Dôme is a lava dome and one of the youngest volcanoes in the Chaîne des Puys region of Massif Central in central France. This chain of volcanoes including numerous cinder cones, lava domes and maars is far from the edge of any tectonic plate. Puy de Dôme was created by a Peléan eruption, some 10,700 years ago. Puy de Dôme is approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) from Clermont-Ferrand. The Puy-de-Dôme département is named after the volcano. This site is inscribed in UNESCO world heritage list.
