With football season back in full swing, it’s the perfect time to break out this crowd-pleasing recipe to eat with friends while watching the game! In this video, I test out cooking Sausage, Peppers, and Onions both on the grill and on the griddle to figure out the BEST way to perfect this tasty meal. Whichever cooktop you decide to go with, poach your sausages in your favorite beer before getting a nice char on the links, then serve with beer-braised onions and peppers (and don’t forget mustard)! Ingredients
Ground beef (70/30 fat content)
4 TBS of butter
1 1/2 TBS minced garlic
Burger seasoning: 1/3 G-Que BBQ the Rub, 1/3 kosher salt, 1/3 course ground pepper
Hamburger buns
Sliced American cheese

Loosely roll the ground beef into 3 oz meatballs.

As winter approaches, it’s the perfect time to make a nice big pot of chili to share with your family! This Beer Chili in a Bacon Bowl is the ultimate meal to warm you up when it’s chilly outside. Here’s how to make it:
Ingredients
1 onion
6-10 jalapeños to taste
Neutral cooking oil
2 lbs ground beef (*Optional: substitute turkey)
Low-sodium beef broth
8 oz tomato sauce
5 TBS chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder

1 TBS cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 tsp paprika

Griddle vs. grill- which one is better for making delicious crab legs? In order to find the answer, I test out cooking crab legs on both the Blackstone Griddle & the PK Grill to see which method yields the tastiest results.
Making the Garlic Butter Ingredients
1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
2 lemons
2 cloves of garlic
Handful of parsley
Pinch of cayenne pepper
