Hey guys, since it's this time of year (that we might have a one sunny week in Ireland) and that I finally have my own house, I've decided that I need to buy a proper BBQ. I always used a small round charcoal one and kind of love the flavor that charcoal gives, but my neighbors try to convince me that gas is the way to go since you can just start it in seconds and it's ready whenever you want.
