We asked our Head Chef of Pigsty for his best mashed potatoes recipe and tips, so here goes ? 1) Start peeling the potatoes (preferably Marris Piper for this mash recipe) and place them in a bowl of water until you've finished the lot. - Drain them & add to a boiling pan of water with salt. 2) Add a sprinkle of bicarb - this helps reduce the starch & makes your potatoes fluffier. You don’t have to search the shops for sausage patties though, you can make your own burger using our sausages with this ridiculously simple recipe!
